Alarms & safes
Hamilton

Burglar, fire & safe specialists · Waikato

Alarms that get armed because they are easy to use, and safes that suit what you are actually protecting. We specify, install, service and open both, including the safe whose combination left with the previous owner.

01 - Scope

What we do

Houses, shops, offices and workshops. New systems, old systems, and safes of every vintage.

01 Burglar alarms Sensors placed where an intruder actually walks, with a keypad simple enough that it gets used.
02 Fire & smoke alarms Interconnected detectors installed and tested to the standard your insurer expects.
03 Safe opening Lost combinations, dead keypads and jammed boltwork opened, then recoded to a number you choose.
04 Safe supply & install Document, cash and firearm safes sized to the job and bolted down so they cannot be carried out.
02 - Process

How the job runs

STEP 01
Assessed on site

We walk the building, find the weak entry points and size the system to them rather than selling a fixed package.

STEP 02
Quoted in writing

Panel, sensors, sirens and labour itemised, with safe options priced alongside if both are on the list.

STEP 03
Installed and tested

Every sensor walk-tested, sirens confirmed, and safes bolted to structure rather than floorboards.

STEP 04
Taught, then serviced

Arming, disarming and duress codes shown to everyone who needs them, and an annual service if you want it.

03 - Pricing

What affects
the price

Alarms scale with the building; safes scale with what is inside. Both are quoted before work starts.

01
Zones and sensors
A two-bedroom unit needs a fraction of the sensors a workshop does.
02
Monitoring
A local siren is cheapest; monitored systems add a monthly cost and a response.
03
Safe rating
Fire rating, cash rating and firearm compliance each change the safe and the price.
04
Install conditions
Bolting into concrete, or wiring an older building with no cable paths, adds time.

Very common call

Forgotten the combination?

Inherited a safe, lost the combination, or the keypad has died? In most cases we can open it non-destructively and recode it to a number you choose, which is far cheaper than cutting it open and buying another.

04 - FAQ

Alarm and safe questions

Most of the time, yes. Manipulation and decoding come first. Drilling is a last resort, and it is repaired and recoded afterwards.
We install monitored and unmonitored systems, and can arrange monitoring with a New Zealand control room if you want a response.
Often, particularly on commercial policies. Ask your insurer what they require and we install to that spec.
Usually. We test the panel, sensors and battery, and tell you honestly when a system is beyond economic repair.
One that meets the Police requirements for your licence class. We supply compliant safes and bolt them down correctly.
